Files are held in our European region and encrypted at rest with AES-256. Transfers use TLS. You can see the exact region of a workspace in its settings.
Yes. Every version of a file is retained for 90 days on paid plans and 7 days on the free tier, so you can restore an earlier state from the file's history panel.
They can. When you create a share link you may set an expiry date and a password, and you can revoke any link later from the sharing panel.
